We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our location in Oregon to Continental USA by USPS, or UPS if requested for additional fees. Excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:
Ashes/ Inclusives: Timeline starts with the delivery of your Ashes/ inclusives to Soulful Keepsakes (we will email you upon receipt).
Location: Continental United States Est. Shipping Time is 3-10 business days for USPS
Maximum delivery time: 10 business days, from your order’s completion.
*Almost always shipped USPS First Class with Tracking But if requested for an additional fee we can ship UPS and will let you know the additional cost.

Once you place your order be ready to mail your pet ashes, as the timeline begins the moment we receive them
I am honored to create a special piece to commemorate your loved one. I take the utmost care with your loved ones ashes. I typically need only 1 teaspoon -of cremains. I will give you the shipping instructions and address to send the ashes-after the order is placed. Also, please only send the amount requested- additional return shipping costs may occur if too much is sent. You can also learn more information on our process page

Returns, REFUNDS & Exchanges
- Our products are truly one-of-a-kind because they're handmade to order, with your loved one's Ashes/ Inclusives.
We’re so happy to share that we’re dedicated to making our planet a better place, and we’re doing our bit to create a positive impact.
While we don’t do returns or exchanges, or typically refunds, we want to assure you that we care deeply about your satisfaction first and formost.
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours with your order number and some photos. We assure you that each case will be handled with utmost care and we’ll try to find the best solution possible.
Please note that if you don’t send us your Ashes/Inclusions with verified tracking, and if they are not received- the timeline does not begin. There are no refunds in that case.
